Sofiya Shiksa's mission is to take Skill India's best NSQF linked industry training base curriculum across the country so that every student in India understands this training as job training rather than education training, so that when he/she enters the industry, he/she will get to know the work environment, future need and expectation of that industry. Because in the industry whole work will be done according to his training. Because till now there was mostly knowledge of books in studies, but NSDC has developed every work of all sectors in the form of a course. so that the trainee can get familiar with the machines and techniques of that work in the respective industry, so that he can. There should be no problem in the finding of job. This will make his work easier for him and he will be able to take his career to greater heights.
